Basketball is a great sport to help you get fit and it also helps to improve your hand eye coordination. While usually we associate playing basketball with going outdoors, there’s no need to actually head out into the rain to shoot some hoops. There are plenty of indoor hoops that you can fit to an indoor wall or even to the back of a doorframe that allow you to enjoy the fun of the game in any room of your home.
